We provide specialized rehabilitative services to our patients in the communities we serve. We often see patients who are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.
Help Paying Your Bill
- Full financial assistance (no charge) is available to people whose income and monetary assets are at or below 400% of the federal poverty level ($120,000 for a family of four in 2023).
- Discounts are on a sliding scale based on family size and income level.
- Partial financial assistance (discounted charge) is available to people whose income is in the range of 401% to 600% of the federal poverty level ($180,000 for a family of four in 2023).

Download and print the Financial Assistance instructions and application.
A completed Financial Assessment and supporting documents, including proof of income, assets, and liabilities are needed to determine eligibility for the Financial Assistance Program.

If you Need Help in Another Language
If you need help in your language, please call 760.895.6600 or visit the Rehabilitation Hospital of Southern California Admissions Office. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm and located at 70077 Ramon Road, Rancho Mirage, CA 92270. Aids and services for people with disabilities, like documents in braille, large print, audio, and other accessible electronic formats are also available. These services are free.
